Siún is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with over 15 years of experience. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Galway in Ireland. Siún has supported learners of all ages across clinical, home, school, and community settings. Her areas of expertise include Precision Teaching, Direct Instruction, verbal behavior, school readiness programming, behavior support planning, and curriculum design. As a founding partner at The Learning Community, Siún leads therapist supervision, team development, and family onboarding, while also contributing to daily operations. She is known for her calm leadership and commitment to learner-centered, assent-based practices. Siún deeply values creating experiences where learners not only make measurable gains but also feel safe, supported, and joyful in their everyday routines—whether at school, home, or out in the community.
