Kaela is an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with over five years of experience supporting learners across home, school, and community environments. She holds a degree in Psychology with a Certificate in Global Studies from Portland State University and completed her master’s-level coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology. Kaela’s approach centers around assent-driven, ethical, and practical care. Her areas of expertise include Precision Teaching, Direct Instruction, standard celeration charting, verbal behavior, VB-MAPP assessments, and natural environment teaching. At The Learning Community, Kaela supports program development, therapist and LSA training, and parent coaching. She is committed to working collaboratively with families to ensure consistency and care across settings. Kaela believes learning should be meaningful and enjoyable and is dedicated to helping every learner feel safe, motivated, and proud of what they can do.
