Alexa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with over 10 years of experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Queen’s University Belfast. Alexa has supported learners with ASD and other developmental differences across clinical, school, home, and community settings. Her expertise includes Precision Teaching, Direct Instruction, verbal behavior, behavior support strategies, and school readiness programming. At The Learning Community, Alexa leads therapist and LSA training, provides parent coaching, and ensures quality across program implementation. She is known for her kind, respectful approach and commitment to meaningful outcomes. Alexa builds strong partnerships with families and educators and focuses on promoting ethical, individualized care. She is passionate about helping learners feel successful and engaged while enjoying their time in the environments that matter most to them.
