Cédric Garnier-Landurie has extensive experience in the investment banking and investment management industry through management, investment, and operational roles. He was the founder and head of the agriculture practice at Cordiant Capital and assumed the CEO role in 2025.
Previously, he was as an investment banker at Cheverny Capital, a merchant banking boutique, where he focused on transactions in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector, as well as food & food retail, engineering and industrials, and financial services. He has broad experience in origination, M&A, and structuring of both debt and equity financings, investing across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Africa. He is also an investor for a major European industrialist family office, covering private asset classes.
Mr Garnier-Landurie was a founding member and the Chief Revenue Officer of Knox Industries a first-generation digital asset risk management company offering insured digital asset custody solutions and insured infrastructure. Knox was backed by Fidelity Investments, Initialized Capital, and iNovia Capital.
Cédric was part of the group that acquired Cordiant in 2025, from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, and critical to its evolution to a sector focused firm. He has spearheaded the development of the Agriculture Value Chain strategies, with initiatives in both private credit and private equity, spanning row crops to permanent crops on a global scale. Cédric currently serves on the boards of six portfolio companies.
Mr Garnier-Landurie holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours in Investment Management from McGill University (Canada) and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
